Managed IT Services

Managed IT services and IT support for businesses, on a monthly subscription

We take over all of your IT: computers, servers, network and Microsoft 365. For IT support, your team calls or emails a specialist directly, Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00. Specialist analysts watch security alerts around the clock, and the monthly cost is fixed in your contract.

What you gain by outsourcing your IT

IT outsourcing, in two forms: managed IT, when we take over all of your IT, and co-managed IT, when we work alongside the IT team you already have.

You no longer depend on one person

A team of 17, based in Bucharest. The colleagues who answer you already know your company.

One monthly cost, fixed in your contract

A monthly subscription, with the cost fixed in your contract. Anything outside it is estimated up front.

Security included

Five layers of security, with around-the-clock SOC monitoring. On average, 8 minutes from the alert to the attack being stopped.

Support from specialists

Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00. Average resolution time for priority IT incidents is under one hour.

What managed IT covers

Six areas nobody in your company needs to look after any more. We run them as one whole, not as services you buy separately.

Daily

The infrastructure your team works on

The servers, computers and connections a normal working day depends on.

  • Servers, workstations, laptops and phones
  • The network, Wi-Fi and the equipment that keeps them running
  • Microsoft 365, the applications your company uses and its cloud services
  • Updates applied on time, without stopping anyone’s work
Included

Security isn’t bought separately

There is no package without security. Every device, every mailbox and every connection is protected as part of day-to-day management.

  • Protection on every machine: once an analyst confirms it’s an attack, the machine is isolated
  • Filtering of fake emails, dangerous links and fraud attempts
  • A firewall configured and monitored, controlling what enters and leaves the network
  • Secure remote access for the people working from home
  • Access and password rules, configured once and applied everywhere

Antivirus, endpoint detection (EDR) and identity detection (ITDR) are the first three of the five layers of security, included for every client.

Around the clock

When something gets through anyway

Specialist analysts we work with watch the alerts around the clock. When something unusual shows up, we step in before the problem reaches you.

  • An analyst confirms it’s really an attack and stops it spreading: 8 minutes on average, from the alert to the attack being stopped
  • Our colleagues clean the affected machine and get it running again
  • We keep you posted throughout, without terms you have to look up
  • We tell you what happened and what we changed, so it doesn’t happen again

This is where the last two layers work: the analysts watching the alerts around the clock (SOC), and the team that steps in and fixes it.

Automatic

Backups, and the proof they restore

A backup nobody has tested is just a hope. We run it automatically and check periodically that the data really comes back.

  • Backups made automatically, daily or more often. Continuously for Microsoft 365
  • Data stays recoverable after an accidental deletion or an attack
  • Automatic alerts on every backup: if one fails, our colleagues look into it and fix it
  • A written procedure for recovering your data
  • Periodic restore tests, automatic and manual, with the evidence attached
Weekdays

Support from specialists, not from a form

Your team writes or calls and speaks to a specialist directly.

  • One place for every request, by email or phone
  • A specialist answers, not a bot
  • We explain it so anyone on the team follows, without jargon
  • We follow the request until it’s solved, not until the ticket is closed
  • Priority IT incidents are resolved in under an hour on average
Scheduled

Who outside your company still has access to your data

Partners, suppliers and contractors get invited into your Microsoft 365 environment every month. They are rarely removed when the work ends.

  • We find the external accounts and who invited them
  • The responsible manager keeps or drops access straight from their email, in two clicks
  • Blocking comes before deleting, and a blocked account is switched back on in seconds

Business benefits of managed IT services

Your IT no longer depends on one person

We document your network, accounts and equipment, so the knowledge doesn't leave with anyone. When someone leaves, we close their accounts and access. When an audit comes, the documents are already there.

Everyday problems go straight to a specialist

Outlook stops syncing, or the printer jams right before an important proposal goes out. Your employee calls or emails, and a specialist takes it on, usually remotely.

No need to hire for IT

You don't recruit an in-house IT person or cover their holidays. The colleagues who answer already know your company, so you don't have to explain everything from scratch.

One monthly cost, written into the contract

One monthly subscription, with the cost fixed in the contract. Anything outside it is estimated up front, so IT becomes a predictable line in the budget.

From the very first meeting, the Risksoft team gave us confidence and professionalism. The way they guided us through the assessment stage, the solutions they proposed, the execution plan and the clear, punctual communication made us decide to start working with them, confident that we would have a dedicated and professional partner beside us, one we can rely on.

Compared with where we were before, the current state of our IT infrastructure, in organization, structure, security and monitoring, is far better. A significant upgrade that lets us look to the future with confidence and certainty, both internally and in our relationship with our clients, which matters a great deal given the field we work in and the complex times we are living through.

Five-layer security

Standard

For companies with between 10 and 300 employees and no in-house IT team

SOC monitoring, around the clock

For security monitoring we work with specialist analysts who watch alerts around the clock. When they confirm it's really an attack, they stop it spreading.

Endpoint detection (EDR)

Software on every computer watches for unusual behavior and flags it to the analysts, who confirm whether it's really an attack.

Isolation after analyst confirmation

Once an analyst confirms it's an attack, the affected computer is isolated so the attack can't spread. The isolated computer stays on and keeps its files.

Identity detection (ITDR)

Flags unusual sign-ins to your company's Microsoft 365 accounts, such as a sign-in from another country in the middle of the night, so the analysts can check them.

A record of your computers and licenses

We keep an up-to-date list of your company's computers and licenses.

Automated updates for Windows & macOS

We apply Windows and macOS updates automatically, without stopping anyone's work.

The same rules on every computer

We set up every computer with the same security rules, so a new laptop reaches your employee ready to work.

Premium Add-ons

For companies going through NIS2 or ISO 27001, or that want their team ready for email fraud.

Security awareness training (SAT)

A short training every month

Once a month, your team does a short, interactive training on fake emails and dangerous links.

Phishing simulations after each training

After each training, your team gets fake test emails, so you can see who clicks and where more practice is needed.

User & department reporting

See, by user and by department, who clicked on the simulations and how the team improves month to month.

When the fake invoice comes from a real supplier

If a supplier's mailbox is compromised, the fake invoice comes from their real address and the filters have nothing to stop. Only an employee who knows to check can catch it.

Full event log (SIEM)

Every log, in one place

We collect your company's security logs in one place, instead of leaving them scattered across every system.

More sources for the analysts

The full event log doesn't stop anything on its own. It gives the analysts more sources, so an attack shows up sooner.

Compliance reports & audit trail

When an auditor asks who accessed what and when, the report already exists.

Frequently asked questions about IT support

Transition and costs

6 Questions

How long does the IT management transition take?

We start with what's critical, work mostly remotely and coordinate the handover with your current provider ourselves. The timing depends on your infrastructure, number of users and equipment, so we agree on it together during the assessment.

Do you work with small companies?

We work from 5 users up. Most of our clients have between 10 and 300 employees.

Do we need to change everything from day one?

No. We start with an audit of the IT you have today: we inventory your servers and computers, check your Microsoft 365 settings and backups, and talk to whoever handles IT now. You get a report on where things stand and what we'd fix, and we make changes step by step, without stopping work.

Can you collaborate with our current provider during the transition?

Yes. We talk to your current provider directly and coordinate the handover, so your team isn't caught in the middle.

How are the costs structured?

Your monthly subscription has its cost fixed in the contract. If your company grows or you need more, we adjust the subscription together. Anything outside it, such as a new project, is estimated up front and only starts once you approve.

Why a monthly subscription, if everything works once it's set up?

What works today needs looking after to keep working tomorrow. The subscription covers the work that never stops: security alerts are watched around the clock by specialist analysts we work with; backups are checked daily, and restores are tested periodically, automatically and manually, with the evidence attached; your team's requests are handled Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00. We regularly go through the state of your IT, and you get recommendations, reports and a plan for the next steps. The monthly cost is fixed in your contract. Anything outside it, such as a new project, is estimated up front and only starts once you approve.

Handover and day-to-day support

4 Questions

Do you need to come to our office for the handover?

Usually not. We do most of the handover remotely and come on site when the situation calls for it.

How quickly do you respond to IT support requests?

We work to response times set in the contract, Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00. Incidents that stop work come first, and our average resolution time for priority IT incidents is under one hour. Other requests are handled in order of impact.

Do you cover companies with several locations?

Yes. We already manage companies with several locations, clinics among them. Most support is done remotely, so location matters little, and the same rules apply on every computer. We plan on-site visits for each location together, at the assessment.

What happens to the data on our server when we change IT provider?

We coordinate the handover with your current provider ourselves: we start with what's critical and work mostly remotely. Your company comes to us with its data and its Microsoft 365 licenses. After the handover, network, server and account configurations are written down and handed over to you. The contract has no fixed term: it stays in force until either side decides to end it, with 30 working days' written notice.

Contract and flexibility

3 Questions

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. The contract has no fixed term. It stays in force until either side decides to end it, with 30 working days' written notice.

Can we add or remove users and equipment over time?

Yes. The subscription is adjusted when your company grows or your needs change: more users, devices or services.

What does IT outsourcing mean, and which option fits your company?

IT outsourcing means an outside partner takes over part or all of your company's IT. With us it comes in two forms. Managed IT: we take over all of your IT, for companies without an in-house IT team. Co-managed IT: we work alongside the IT person or team you already have, taking on daily operations, monitoring and security while your team stays on projects. If you're not sure which fits, we work it out together at the free 45-minute assessment.

Security and services

5 Questions

What are managed IT services?

An outside partner takes over your company's IT: IT support, security, backups and maintenance. You pay a monthly subscription with the cost fixed in your contract, instead of hiring someone or paying for every call-out.

What does the IT support subscription include, and what is paid separately?

Your monthly subscription, with the cost fixed in your contract, covers IT support for your team, management of your computers, servers and Microsoft 365 environment, the five security layers and backups. Security awareness training and the full event log are optional add-ons. Anything outside the subscription, such as a new project, is estimated up front and only starts once you approve.

How is your company data protected?

Security is built in five layers: antivirus, detection on computers, detection on accounts, around-the-clock SOC monitoring, and clean-up done by our own team. Backups run automatically and restores are tested periodically, so data can be recovered even after an attack. Microsoft 365 backups are kept separately from Microsoft, in a data center in the European Union.

Do you support employees working from home?

Yes. Remote and hybrid employees get the same IT support as everyone else, plus secure VPN access, so they work safely from any location.

Who monitors your IT systems in real time, including outside working hours?

Security alerts are watched around the clock, including nights, weekends and public holidays, by specialist analysts we work with (SOC monitoring). When an analyst confirms it really is an attack, they stop it spreading, and our colleagues clean the affected machine and get it running again. Backups are monitored daily through automatic alerts: if one fails, the support team investigates and fixes it. IT support requests are handled Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00.
