Power Platform automation for business: workflows and approvals

Automate repetitive work. Bring structure to daily operations.

We turn manual follow-ups, scattered emails, and spreadsheet tracking into structured digital workflows, so every request, approval, and task moves through a clear, visible process.

How automation improves internal processes

With Power Platform, internal activities move through defined steps instead of relying on manual follow-ups, scattered emails, or informal reminders. It connects the tools your team already uses into one clear, controlled process.

Requests follow a clear path

A request no longer depends on someone remembering to forward an email or notify the next person.

From the moment it's submitted, it moves through the right people, in the right order, without manual coordination.

Responsibilities are clear from the start

Before a process begins, every step already has an owner: who reviews, who approves, who acts.

No more confusion about who's next, and no more tasks that fall between the cracks.

Status is visible without extra emails

Anyone involved can see where a request or approval stands, without sending a follow-up or waiting for someone to reply.

Especially valuable when a process crosses multiple people, departments, or approval levels.

Repetitive work becomes consistent

When routine tasks follow the same steps every time, the results become predictable: fewer errors, fewer exceptions, less time spent fixing things.

Your team focuses on decisions, not on remembering procedures.

Solutions we deliver

We build automation solutions on Microsoft technologies, starting from the tools your team already uses. Each solution connects with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Outlook, so automation lives where your data already is.

Documents & approvals

SharePoint automation

We build the workflows in Power Automate, right on top of SharePoint, where your documents already are. Requests move on their own, approvals stop sitting in someone’s inbox, and the record no longer depends on a spreadsheet somebody remembers to update. Every request moves through four stages, and at each one it is clear who answers.

The request goes straight to the approver

It no longer depends on someone remembering to forward an email. It goes straight to the approver, through one or several levels, in the order you set. Every step has an owner chosen in advance.

  • Approval workflows across several levels, followed in order
  • If someone is late, the request moves up on its own
  • A written record of who approved what, and when

Everyone finds out when it’s their turn

The workflow does the chasing for you: when it is someone’s turn to approve, shortly before a deadline, and whenever something on the request changes. No follow-up email, no asking on Teams whether anyone has looked at it.

  • Automatic notifications when someone has something to approve
  • A reminder before the deadline passes
  • An alert whenever the status of a request changes

You can see where every request stands

Everything that happens to a request is written down in one place, with a date and time: who sent it, who approved it, what comes next. You stop asking around for where it stands.

  • Every request in one place
  • The full history, step by step
  • A report you can put on the table in an audit

Next time it happens the same way

Repetitive administrative tasks, the ones that come round every month, follow the same rules, not whatever anyone happens to remember. The result is the same every time, and the team deals with decisions instead of procedures.

  • Rules written once, followed every time
  • The same steps, in the same order
  • Fewer mistakes and fewer exceptions to deal with
Accounts & access

External Access Review

Partners, suppliers and contractors get invited into your Microsoft 365 environment every month, and almost none are removed when the work ends. IT can’t decide alone who still belongs there, because only the person who invited the supplier knows. The workflow asks exactly the people who know, and acts on their answer.

It finds the external accounts

On the schedule you set with us, the workflow pulls together the list of external accounts in your environment: who they are, who invited them, and when they last signed in. No exports done by hand, no list kept in a spreadsheet.

  • It runs on the schedule you set with us
  • Every account is tied automatically to whoever invited it
  • For each one, the date it last signed in

It asks the responsible manager

Each manager gets one email, listing only the external accounts they invited themselves. They keep or withdraw access straight from Outlook, in two clicks. No portal, no new sign-in, nothing to learn.

  • One email for each manager, not one for each account
  • Answered from the email itself, on a phone or a laptop
  • We check the reply really came from the manager we wrote to

The manager answers with a single button, from inside the email.

It acts, but nothing is final

Confirmed accounts stay active and are left alone until the next check. The ones nobody answers for get a reminder, then a block, then removal. Silence never counts as agreement.

  • The second notice says exactly what happens, and on which day
  • Blocking comes before deleting, and a blocked account is switched back on in seconds
  • Accounts we can’t trace back to anyone go to a person you nominate

It leaves a written record behind

After every check, your IT contact gets a report: the totals, then one line for each account, with what was done and whether it worked.

  • Totals and detail, in the same document
  • A written record of who approved what, and on which day
  • It carries over from one check to the next

Getting started

Three steps, and there is nothing for your team to install. Together we set which address the emails go out from, who receives the report, who picks up the accounts we can’t trace back to anyone, and how often the check runs. We connect the workflow, with one approval from an administrator. Then the first check runs: managers get their lists, you get the report.

What doesn’t happen

It all happens inside your own Microsoft 365 environment. We copy none of your users’ data back to us. We connect with a certificate held in a key vault, which is not allowed to do anything else. No passwords travelling by email.
